Confused hospital injected antipsychotic drugs into wrong man, lawsuit alleges

I am wondering what the outcome of this lawsuit will be.

To me, the fact that they tried to placate him with "a $50 gift card to Montana’s Rib and Chop House" just adds insult to injury.
