How to get rid of annoying graphic on Microsoft Word

I'm editing a script I'm writing and at some point I got this very annoying blue icon appearing in every single line/break of the entire document. It resembles a backward letter P in color blue.

What the hell is this and how do I get rid of it? It's incredibly annoying.
