The police being filmed and the affect on their behaviour

....or amazingly, how often it does not affect their behaviour and they act aggressively and unlawfully, despite being filmed.

A point raised in the thread about a nurse arrested by a cop over an issue about a blood sample. He knew it was being filmed and he lost it.

You would think that being filmed would make the police behave and be careful to be seen to follow correct procedure. That it does not is frankly disturbing as to shows police who have no fear of being caught red handed doing wrong.
