Replacing a Broken Cell Phone Screen (Galaxy S5)

Soooooo....

This was this group of miniature ponies that was accidentally herded into the local Aldi store, and whilst I tried to save myself by jumping into the frozen dinner cooler, my phone slipped from my shirt pocket and may or may not have hit the ground with such crater-inducing force that the screen was impelled to do a very convincing Humpty Dumpty impression.

Anyways...

It's a Samsung Galaxy S5. The screen is cracked pretty bad. There is no viewable screen or touch functions working, but the menu/home/back touch buttons at the bottom do work.

Question: Can I get away with just changing out the glass, or am I going to have to replace the LCD Digitizer as well?

Thanks is advance!
