A Mike Pence presidency, what would it look like?

I'm thinking pretty much like Trump's minus the embarrassing tweets.

Dismantling the federal government... Check.

Tax cuts... Check.

I freely admit I could be wrong but the guy just seems to be waiting for the (semi) inevitable resignation or impeachment.

Any thoughts?
