Wikileaks has released three cryptic statements and very provocative pictures regarding "Vault 7".

Those three pictures associated with each tweet indicate a massive underground facility and some kind of ray gun or Tesla-type futuristic thing.
So anyway I can't answer the questions. Maybe someone here is on the NSA and can boot up the operational specs on this thing for us.
Edit: I wasn't sure where to put this but Wikileaks' background and style suggests this is of political, maybe military importance.
