Trump's early signs of dementia

I have done my fair share of Trump bashing but as time goes on and I see how he is performing thus far I am sincerely concerned that Trump might be showing the first signs of dementia as evidenced by:

1. In quotes from previous decades Trump appears to have more eloquence than he does now. Look at this aryicle, just look at the grammar and syntax, notice the decline?

2. Poor impulse control as evidenced by his tweeting.

3. He can't seem to respond to situations in an appropriate manor as evidenced by his speech at the National Prayer Breakfast:

Somebody, anybody, please get this man evaluated. Carl Sagan said:

Let's use science, medical science, to get this man to either resign or to be impeached stat!!!
