Trump's early signs of dementia

I have done my fair share of Trump bashing but as time goes on and I see how he is performing thus far I am sincerely concerned that Trump might be showing the first signs of dementia as evidenced by:

1. In quotes from previous decades Trump appears to have more eloquence than he does now. Look at this article, just look at the grammar and syntax, notice the decline?

2. Poor impulse control as evidenced by his tweeting.

3. He can't seem to respond to situations in an appropriate manor as evidenced by his speech at the National Prayer Breakfast:

Somebody, anybody, please get this man evaluated. He is 70 years old and at the right age to start showing a decline related to dementia. Do we have some kind of requirement to assess the president's functional abilities prior to taking office? I know Reagan had issues in his second term and others stepped in, including Nancy, to take up the slack. Nixon was a raging alcoholic and would wander around the White House with the football that contained the nuclear codes shouting " Nuke 'em all!" but his security detail ended hiding the football from him. Who will take up this man's slack if I'm right based on his bizarre appointments for cabinet positions?

We as citizens need to insist that this man be medically evaluated.
