A quick question about something I've been wondering about. Is it possible to define the concept of 'terrorist', WITHOUT it being just a slur to demonize
the enemies of the West?
And why can't they just negotiate with, for example, IS, instead of bombing them? Wouldn't negotiating with those 'terrorists' be the best solution to
avoid a humanitarian disaster, or even another Cold War?
