Is Sarah Palin insane?

I mean clinically. I know there are people on this forum who have worked as therapists and social workers. If someone spoke to you at an intake interview as disjointedly, as aimlessly and as incomprehensibly as Palin, combined with the giddy teenage Valley Girl affect in a 51-year-old woman, what would your assessment be?
