Recent Boeing 787-9 footage dispels no-planer theories?

There is a video making the rounds on youtube of a Boeing 787-9 pulling some impressive aerial manoeuvres. I thought it might be a good example to disprove the no-planers (if they still exist) who don't believe hijacked passenger jets were capable of flying in the manner they did that day.
