That position may need re-thinking after a man returned to South Korea from Saudi with a dose of MERS and since late May, has managed to infect 24 other people, two of whom have already died.
Seems pretty likely we have achieved a little more than very limited human-human transmission.
It could certainly be a statistical aberration, but it's a disturbing sign in a disease with a 30% mortality rate.
