Reverse Discrimination

I don't know if reverse discrimination is the right term for the Louisville case of the Home Invader who got off with probation etc. But the judge lectured the victim re racial sensitivity because she said her daughter was afraid of black people. They had been held at gunpoint previously by 2 black men.
