My dad has done something way weird with his computer. Windows loads but after about a minute the entire pc freezes every time. I think if I could get him into safemode I could figure out how maybe fix things but I have no clue how to boot into safe mode in Windows 8.1. And all the websites tell me to go into recovery settings to reboot it into that mode but it never stays active long enough for me to do this. It always freezes before this can happen.
