What makes the connection fine with some channels and acting like a loose connection with others? It is the same channels that are consistently a problem.
Is the cable company sending different strength signals for different channels?
I have tried changing equipment and it doesn't fix the problem. Comcast claims it is the cable in my house that is the problem but there was only a problem on one TV and my computer on the same cable has a good connection. Now another TV is acting up and on the same channels.
Sometimes I will also change channels and have picture but no sound. That can affect multiple channels and it's not always the same one, but I can change channels and get sound, go back and still have no sound on the affected channel.
Also, the little cable boxes work better than the main larger box.
I plan to ditch Comcast TV soon and just go Netflix or something with Chromecast but I'd like a better understanding what the problem is.
Thanks in advance.:)
