The idea is essentially the same as wakeboarding or waterskiing, except on air and being towed by an aircraft.
Some points for conversation: The video implies that the rider will take-off already outside the aircraft. That sounds insane to me. I'd not want to overbalance while barreling down a runway at 160kph. For safety, wouldn't you rather debark from the plane once airborne?
I really like the idea, but it sounds scary as hell.
