Noticed this older lady in her car deciding the state had marked a special lane for her left turn, when there was some idiot ahead of her in the actual marked left-turn.
That is called a "Double-double violation" in CA... the pair of doubled yellow lines indicate what is considered a vehicle blocking situation, and the fine for going across is pretty healthy... couple hundred bucks.
A cop has to see the violation though, photos like this one aren't proof of anything, legally.
