I can't find mention of the story on the website mentioned, but I'm sure it'll surprise nobody to learn that a marine biologist has said that crabs cannot grow that big
My thoughts are that it's time to take a long, hard look at yourself if you're a news outlet and The Daily Mail are doing better journalism than you are.
