The moon is the second most awesome thing ever. Only to beaten by milk.
Having run out of milk I sat looking at an incredibly bright object in the sky.
This was at 4am.
Some people may have confused this object with the other bright one, the orange one.
I have never in my life had the thought, at 4am, "I need my sunglasses"
The amazing detail of something over 220 thousand miles away was amazingly amazing.
I'm still learning how to say Perigee-Syzgee.
....and having a singular argument about wether a telescope purchase can be justified.
I shall create a reminder on this here iThing for August 10, and ensure I have copious quantities of milk at hand.
MoonWatching, (hopefully that doesn't have more sinister meanings), is cool.
Nerdy, but cool.
I'll go try learn about telescopes :)
