In a nutshell, the majority of the disputes started under the reign of King George W II. And in those the executive branch was overruled.
What's more, including some of the overrulings of the 'W' administration were considered wins for the Obama administration.
The claims otherwise were, and are, deliberate, knowing, and outright lies, lies intended to usurp the authority of the lawfully elected president, and as such, constitute a direct and unquestionable act of disloyal revolt against the United States of America and its voters.
N.B. I did not put this in the other thread, the emphasis here is simple, the entire set of claims was a knowing, intentional lie, and one that was made knowing full well that the whole issue was a lie, nothing but a lie, and a lie entirely.
I have no idea if the people who quoted that lie here had any idea it was a lie, if they didn't, they need to consider why their sources are lying outright to them.
