Questions #6 says in part;
I’m not aware of much due process required to place anyone on the terror watch list. Perhaps this is why those law abiding non-terrorists like Ted Kennedy are still allowed to buy guns?

Their footnote references 18 U.S.C. 924(a)(1); 18 U.S.C. 2317. This calls for 5 years in prison. Looking a bit further into 18 USC 924 you can see that gun trafficking allows for up to a 30 years in prison. I didn’t know that trafficking in poultry was potentially so rough. :)
Questions #8 claims that banning high capacity magazines means fewer magazines; doesn’t claim anyone is safer.
Everytown really needs to wise up a bit. Not all of our candidates are freaking idiots.
