A 17 year old voluntarily exchanging explicit photos with his 15 year old girlfriend is a case of multiple felonies- possibly resulting in his imprisoned until he's 21 then put in a sex offender registry for the rest of his life.
Cops looking to medically force an erection on a 17 year old then photograph his penis is lawful evidence collection and in the public's interest.
