Evidently they were led by a state political candidate, and surrounded and blocked a bus they thought was carrying a bunch of immigrant children. The politician, Adam Kwasman, even bragged to a reporter on-scene that he had been able to see the "fear on the faces" of the children on the bus.
Except it turned out it was a YMCA bus taking local children to a nearby summer camp. I wonder how you say "egg on one's face" in illegal-Mexican-invader-ese.
