The House Rules Committee has just changed the rule that allowed for any member to bring a vote on a given bill by submitting a "discharge petition" with enough signatures.
Now only the Speaker or his Designee can bring such a motion.
The Treasonous Extremist Alliance Party has just staged a bloodless coup that completely freezes out the democratic process.
