Medical certifications for an IT guy?

Wasn't sure where to put this.........I'm in IT and looking to get into the medical/healthcare area of it. Anyone who's familiar with medical certifications (coding, billing etc) have any ideas or thoughts on what might best serve me to get that might help me break into this area? Thx
