Hypocrisy or not?

Person A says that taxes should be higher, but only pays the minimum amount required by law.

Person B says that welfare should be abolished or scaled back, but collects welfare.

Politician C says that money should be taken out of politics and strict rules limiting the amounts and sources of money used for political campaigns should be enacted, but raises as much money as he can from any legal source including those he wants to make illegal to fund his election campaign.

Politician D supports the public teacher's union, but sends her own children to private school.

Person E says that drugs should be illegal, but used drugs in the past.

Person F says that abortion should be illegal, but paid for his mistress's abortion.

Are these sorts of things hypocrisy? I don't really think the first four are. The fifth is a little bit hypocritical. The last one seems to be clearly hypocritical.

What do you think? What counts as hypocrisy?
