I'm nearly 67 years old and retired. My enjoyment of no longer having to work has been tempered in a very negative way. When I oversleep I feel hungover lie I was at a wild drunken party.
I guess its the meds I have to take but I have this to say. Getting old isn't for sissys.
When I was a working man I dreamed of the day when I could sleep in everyday. I had to get up at 5:00 A.M. and be on the road by 6:00 A.m. Ok along comes age 65 I can sleep in.
What happens? I feel like the morning after when I haven't been anywhere the night before.
I feel gypped. Is this a medical condition?
