Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown

My desktop PC has recently begun having this issue where it goes to the blue screen and then shuts down. The blue screen messages vary, but the most recent one said "APC INDEX MISMATCH".



After restart, I then get the message "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" and then there are problem details described in this manner;
