Otherwise known as the Easy-Switch Bluetooth keyboard, it pairs with up to 3 Apple devices and you can switch the currently selected device by pressing a function key on the keyboard.
I've just paired it to both the iPad and the Mac, and it works as advertised.
Keyboard feel is a little different to the Mac bluetooth keyboard - the keys are a little less squishy and more clicky, but not anywhere near as clicky as a proper mechanical keyboard (e.g. Matias or Das Keyboard).
Key placement will probably take a little getting used to - will report back later.
For the Windows PC users, the equivalent keyboard is the Logitech K810, but I don't think it has the clever switching capability (could be wrong though).
