The right wing is now accusing the Democratic party of covering up Filner's filthy actions for years. Upon a google search, the only evidence I can see of this is coming from the conservative echo chamber. In short, I doubt that there was a cover up at all.
If anything, all I see is a blind-eye being turned, and that's bad. The democratic party needs to sort this out and not allow things like this to happen.
