What are your thoughts on the Louisiana Science Education ActWP (LSEA)?
I've recently gone back and listened to an old interview with Zack Kopplin on that law and its knock-on effects. He does a good job of distinguishing between creationism, intelligent design theories, and "teach the controversy" approaches, but seems to believe creationism is the end goal in all three cases. He may well be correct about this, but I'd be surprised if the LSEA were found unconstitutional anytime soon, as were earlier efforts to legislate against Darwinian ideas in the classroom.
