I'm a little surprised no one's started a thread on this; there also doesn't seem to have been much attention in the national media.
Unlike the Audi ad, where one has to strain to see a problem, this is one that clearly should never have seen the light of day. A great example of "What the :rule10 were they thinking??"
That said, I do agree, to a certain extent, with the lady from the Children's Advocacy Center that this doll wouldn't necessarily be conditioning children to accept sexual abuse. It was still a terrible idea, though.
ETA: I see there are some conspiracy nuts who think this was a deliberate plot to groom children for abuse.
