Interesting robotics news.

Saw both these on my news feeds yesterday. First, the "Bat Bot":

Which mimics the flight characteristics of bats, including the animals control surfaces. Many of the parts are 3-d printed.

The other is "Nightmare inducing" robot that combines elements of a Seqway and lifting devices:

This one moves VERY quickly, jumps over obstacles, and indeed looks pretty scary.....
