Inaugural Addresses are often times for catchy phrases to rally the country, "Ask not...", "The only thing we have to fear...", etc. More often they are not that memorable.
I don't know who's writing his speech, but I would think that being the showman that he is, that Trump wants to leave an impression and will take some risks. What risks? I don't know but I don't see him giving any kind of reconciliation with the opposition speech.
The big question is, "Will Trump go off the cuff?" and be memorable for that? He likes to go off script and in a speech where the world will be listening, I don't think he'll be able to resist the temptation.
