Audible.com App

Anyone else run into an issue with switching books from audible app to their new phone? I recently replaced my phone with a much newer model. I have quite a few audio books as I have a two hour commute for work each day. I downloaded the books onto the new phone and get nothing but failed playback. Audible support is no help, won't get back to me. I already tried the obvious, deleted and redownloaded the books. Deleted books, uninstall/reinstall the app, and download books. All lead to the same result. Anyone else ever had this issue or could recommend an audio book app and store that are equal to audible?
