The people support it. The vast majority of scientists and scholars support it. But it doesn't happen. The people start to wonder if there is something wrong with the government if we can't get the people's will done on an issue that will make the government money in the long run. More and more voters reaching voting age are accuracy crazy always trying to out correct each other it's a bit of a trend. This sounds a bit stupid to you? Every time in any situation when the president or prime minister gets asked questions that the public votes on, what is the number one question?
