Boy pours superglue on girl's hair- 3 day suspension

Boy pours super glue on 15 year old girls head at school, causing pain, chemical burns, visit to Urgent Care, and need to shave off girl's hair. Texas. Boy receives a 3 day suspension. This fits with my experience with what it takes to be suspended from school- severe problems often including intentional actions that result in physical injury to someone. Just thought I would include it for calibration purposes.
