why did JC have go back to heaven so quickly ?

in the bible JC has to return to heaven quickly after he died

WHY :jaw-dropp

I do not understand the total lack of public appearances
after the claimed resurrection

he did not go back to the temple
or the public square
but only was seen by the believers
NEVER BY ANY OFFICIAL or reported out side of the believers

what better way to show he did come back
then to show up before pilot or the high priest or the king
or even go to rome and put on a show for the whole empire

but none of that happened
instead he said he HAD TO LEAVE and QUICKLY
WHY ?
WHAT COULD MAKE HIM DO ANYTHING ?
if he is really the god or same as god ect

he was only 30 something
why not live into old age ?
why not be seen by the people in public ?

what was the rush ?
what was he afraid of ?
