Oulook (hotmail) 'sweep and block' not working

It sweeps nicely but doesn't block, so I still get unwanted emails from forums that I no longer frequent, places where I once bought a t-shirt and the like. The stuff is not even being redirected to my junk folder, a common complaint of this feature according to google.

Firefox here with NoScript running, but scripts are enabled for Outlook.

Any advice welcome (apart from 'stop using Oulook' ;) )
