Help! What is X11 and where in the BLUE HELL do I download it?

So I just purchased and downloaded the game Hotline Miami. As I tried opening it, I was told that first, I had to install this thing called X11. When I clicked on "continue", I was taken to this article:

Blablablabla.... ok, so WHERE is the X11 download button? I don't see it anywhere. This site doesn't even tell you about X11. It now starts talking about this other thing called "The Quartz Project", and a link to download XQuartz. So... is XQuartz = X11?

If I google X11, I don't find a single reliable (as in, from an official Apple Site) where I can download that from. I get a bunch of really shady websites that look like the kind of place you could get an STD if you tried to download something.

Even worse, the very window that opens telling me I need X11 to run the game, also says this:

"X11 is no longer included with OS X. Apple continues to support the development of X11 on OS X with the open source community"

So this almost sounds like they're telling me I need to download this from a Torrent or something. I don't even have a program to do that (Last time I downloaded a Torrent Program, and tried to find/download stuff, I failed utterly)

There has got to be a reliable site to download this X11 thingie from.
