Can you blow out so much mucous it dehydrates you?

I have a head cold and my only real symptom is blowing out buckets of mucous. It got me wondering how much bodily fluid you could actually use up doing this.



Who starts these threads at midnight on a Saturday ;) ? I slept most of the day so here I am.
