Upgrading from 32 bit Windows 7 to 64 bit windows 7

Do I need a new product key or will the one that came with my laptop work for 64 bit as long as it's the same edition (Home premium)?



And will I lose all my data? I decided to upgrade because Dragon Age Inquisition doesn't like 32 bit.
