HELP NEEDED - Statistics on Housing Needs in the UK

I wonder if anyone can help me please. I have just got landed this morning with a research project on mixed housing needs in Doncaster, Corby and Rotherham in the UK. This includes both private and social rented sector and elderly housing plus a commute to the capital approach. I need to complete this by Monday so I am asking for anyone to point me in the direction of the most up to date statistics available. My usual sources haven't got anything more recent than 2012 which wont do in this case. Also any observations from anyone locally or in the sector would be gratefully appreciated. I have already done a google search etc and a national statistics office search and a search of those councils own websites, but most of the stats are at least 2 years or more out of date so I am running out of ideas.
