Not that I disapprove, but I realize that in most of the rest of the developed and developing world there are generally much more direct climate action programs by national level governments. What I'd really like to know is if there are more of these types of programs and efforts to help guide states, cities, businesses and individuals to individually and cooperatively begin to remove the decisions about climate change actions out of the hands of national level politicians?
