One forum very slow to load. What's the cause?

As the title says one forum I visit regularly suddenly started to load very slow a few days ago. Sometimes it won't load at all. It happens on my pc and with my smartphone. Both use different isp's. No one else seems to be having the same problem there. Why would this happen?



This is a clue I just received.
