How Greggs turned it around is an object lesson in how to use social media. They tweeted a picture of doughnuts, offering them to Google UK if they fixed the problem. Google UK responded that they'd do it straight away if some sausage rolls were included. :) The problem was fixed shortly afterwards; Greggs then tweeted a picture of the Google logo, made out of sausage rolls, and suggested Google could use that the next day.
