Is There An Assault Culture?

I'm just wondering if all the points that state a rape culture exists can also state an assault culture exists.

If a man is a victim of domestic violence and people question what he did to deserve it, is this evidence of an assault culture?

And the fact assault is less likely to be prosecuted if the victim is a man?

What about the fact people are more likely to laugh if a man is assaulted?

In the media are men portrayed as objects to hit? Does this lead to an assault culture?

My stance is that I don't buy into a rape culture or assault culture, but there's certainly gender inequality in society. But I never heard assault culture ever brought up so here we go....
