Conspiracy theories that turned out to be true

Have their been any conspiracy theories predicted by conspiracy theorists that later turned out to be true? I've heard it should that while conspiracies do happen, they did not exist as "theories" until that were discovered and accepted as fact.



Where conspiracy theorists talking about the Gulf of Tonkin before? Tuskegee?
