I understand why Jihadists flock to Syria. I don't understand what gang members from Los Angeles are up to there. What beef do they have in the conflict?



How did they get the idea in the first place? Does Assad (the video says they are fighting for the regime) have a recruitment office in some Los Angeles slum to get cannon fodder?
