Three states now conduct all of their elections by mailed paper ballots. No standing in line at the polls (if you can figure out where yours is), no flashing IDs that a pollworker might accept or reject, no electronic machines that can fail or miscount votes or be hacked, recountable paper trail, etc., etc.
Oregon officials from both parties strongly recommend it to the rest of us.
